As Lead Maintenance Operations, you ensure that all maintenance work proceeds efficiently, safely, and according to schedule, regardless of the dynamics of the day. You ensure good collaboration between the teams and guide the team leaders. Then you are the Lead Maintenance Operations we are looking for!

In this new role, you will manage 5 independent team leads (working in shifts) and share your knowledge with both the team leads and the mechanics. You create, monitor, and adjust the maintenance schedule. Additionally, you brief the team leads daily on priorities and make adjustments where necessary. You maintain an overview, ensure coordination between the teams, and monitor that work is actually carried out.
In addition, together with the team, you continuously look for improvements in the execution of preventive maintenance, both technically and organizationally.
Naturally, you always prioritize safety in everything you do.

Your main responsibilities
- Creating the maintenance plan, adjusting and correcting
- You work together with the planners of our client, Bol, and its logistics service provider (CEVA).
- Managing and coaching team leads
- Monitoring and achieving KPIs such as Technical Availability and Preventive Maintenance Performed

Other responsibilities
- Proper use of the Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
- Initiating improvement projects in planning, processes, and collaboration
- Optimizing maintenance concepts, also collaborating with other SSI branches

- A salary between €5,200 and €5,500 per month, depending on experience and education
- A full-time position, 27 vacation days, 13 ADV days, PME pension, Metalektro CLA, travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometer (max. 50 km one-way)
- A key role within a dynamic maintenance organization
